They check him in and get him situated in some living quarters

The van ride over was uneventful. They arrived after some time, however, leading Isaac to believe that the place was on the outskirts of town. The back opened and more people in lab coats helped him out and brought him to an exam room where a couple more people who looked even more doctory started to examine and question him.

"What was your usual semen volume pre-exposure?"

"How large were your testicles before this?"

"How often do you have sex?"

The doctors asked in quick succession while taking his current weight and measurement.

"Uh, I don't know? I few ounces maybe? Normal sized? Not often... Uh, a lot actually." he tried to keep up with them.

"Have you had sex since exposure? If so, in what orifices?"

"Have you had any other side effects than those Dr. Ivers explained?"

"Have you measure your output volume since your exposure?"

"A few, I think. Twice now, oral then vaginal. Not that I can think of? I've been really thirsty come to think of it. And no, I haven't." Isaac was keeping up okay, a glass of water was pushed into his hand. He gulped it down like a crisp cold glass at 3am.

"Thank you, Isaac, we'll get you to your room now." one of the doctors said as one of the less doctorly looking people gestured for him to follow. He waddled awkwardly behind them as they went down a few corridors. They stopped outside a room labelled "Isaac J. #0000"

"Guess I'm a real patient zero, huh?" he tried to joke with the attendant.

"I guess." they responded, entering the room behind him. "You can have whatever books and media you want to keep you entertained, food will be brought to you at 8am, 12pm, and 7pm. You cannot exit your room unless accompanied by a member of staff, or unless instructed to by a Doctor." the attendant rattled off a rehearsed bit of instruction. "If you need anything, just press the chime either here." they pointed to a button next to the door, "Or here" they pointed to a button next to the queen sized bed. "Additionally, if you have the need to orgasm, please use this suction nozzle." They gestured to a plastic cylinder hanging from the center of the room. "It can reach anywhere in the room. It'll allow us to analyze, study, neutralize, and dispose of your, uh, emissions safely, and prevents a mess." They grabbed and slid their fist inside to demonstrate, the seal at the bottom suctioning around their forearm.

"Okay, but do I get to go outside?" Isaac asked, but turned around to see he was already alone in the room. He sighed and sat on his bed, wondering what would become of his life now.
