What do you tell them?
The truth
"Look, I'm sorry, but there is no way we can beat what I saw in that camp with this rabble...."
Each of the girls looks at you in shock as Elizabeth speaks up. "John .... What did you do?"
"The only thing I could do to make sure we all survived... and besides, they have a better deal than the elves." Smiling proudly, "They offered me command if I turn against the elves and help them take the capital."
Elizabeth looks unhappy; she always liked the elves and doesn't trust the horde much. "I really don't like this... who's to say they won't turn on you...?"
You smile at her and reply, "Don't worry... I have a plan, you just have to trust me, ok?"
"Please tell me... I..."
Pushing your finger to her lips, you tell her, "Not now... but soon... ok?"
She nods, "Ok... I trust your judgment, my prince."
Looking at your other companions, you warn them, "Look, their army will be here soon.... and after they kill all the elves, make sure you remain by my side."
Just as you finish speaking, you hear a loud war cry from the wood line, the elves in your party quickly jump to their feet to defend themselves as hundreds of warriors quickly descend on your temporary camp. But without your leadership, they each attempt to fight the battle in their own way. The elves in your party aren’t bad worries. In fact, they are skilled enough to take on two to four members of the horde in open combat even without your leadership. The problem was that there weren’t two to four members of the horde for every elf; there were about ten. As a result, the first elf fell to an axe to the black of the skull in a just a little under a minute, while looking to you for some sort of direction. The look of complete betrayal in his eyes right before he fell, when you sit there not saying a word, will haunt you for a very long time. After he fell, it only got worse for the elves from there.
Within three minutes, the whole position was overrun, with every elf lying lifeless on the ground. One thing was certain: with your leadership, they might have been able to complete the objective; without it, they didn’t stand a chance.
A huge orc walks up to you with a blood stain rusted ace, grinning as he says proudly, "We got dem all sahhh...."
The girls cringe in disgust from the sight of him as you reply, "Excellent lets return to your camp..."
The march back to camp doesn't take long, and as you approach, you turn to your companions and remind them. "While their leaders respect their word, most of the foot soldiers are simple brutes... each of you grab ahold of me and do not let go... understand?"
Each girl gives you a fearful nod. And with that warning, you enter the gate, and as you walk to your new tent, you notice all the warriors’ eyes on your female companions. Likewise, your girls cannot look away from the cages full of females. You breathe a sigh of relief that your request was honored; if they were raping those girls as you walked past, it would make this even harder for your companions. When you finally reach your tent, you turn towards them and say, "You are all safe in here, just DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT ME! Understand...?"
Elizabeth looks around the room, her eyes stop on every single nude woman in the tent. "Um... what are all those women out there doing in those cages, and what are all these women doing in here...?."
Trying to prep her for the truth you tell her, "Look, I know their society is not ideal, but they have the power to help me retake my throne...."
Her eyes squinting with a tad of jealousy, she asks, "...and just what are you going to do with all these women?"
