Lead the troops yourself

You quickly stand up from the chair. "WAIT! Nothing personal but I just don't trust you... Let me go first so I can get the elves right where we need them so we can spring our trap."

You head back to the camp, leaving a trail for the horde along the way. When you arrive you do not warn the elves about the coming attack, but you do pull the three girls to the side.
