The truth behind this school?
Stephanie lingered outside the campus gates, the cool night air brushing against her skin. She had lied to Bryce—she wasn’t heading off-campus at all. Instead, her gaze flickered toward the distant castle, its windows glowing faintly under the moonlight. A slow smirk curled her lips as she adjusted her glasses. Inside the castle’s dimly lit chambers, Megan waited. The professor’s so-called “cooking tips” had been a ruse—one megsn found out the hard way as he turned her into something lustful with his fangs.
Bryce reached his dorm room and tossed his backpack onto the bed, still replaying the odd tension between Stephanie’s words and the way she’d glanced toward the castle. Something felt off. He pulled out his phone to text Cortney about their plans, but before he could type, a sharp knock rattled his door. "Bryce? You in there?" It was Dave’s voice, uncharacteristically tense. Bryce yanked the door open. Dave stood there, sweating, his eyes darting down the hallway. "Dude, you gotta come see this. Xander’s missing. And the professor? He’s—" Dave swallowed hard. "He’s not human."
Continuation: Bryce followed Dave down the dimly lit hallway, his pulse quickening. The air smelled faintly of burnt sugar and something metallic—blood? They stopped outside the professor’s private quarters. The door was slightly ajar, and through the crack, Bryce could see flickering candlelight and hear ragged breathing. Inside, the professor—paler than ever, his lips stained red—was bent over a female student, her head thrown back in ecstasy… or agony. Her fingers clawed at the desk as he moved against her, but her eyes were glassy, unfocused. Then Bryce saw the puncture wounds on her neck. Dave grabbed his arm.Bryce recoiled, his stomach twisting as the professor’s head snapped toward them—eyes black as oil, fangs glistening. The girl slumped forward, unconscious or worse. Dave bolted. Bryce hesitated for a moment before doing her same. Meanwhile back with Stephanie Ryan
Stephanie stood in the shadows outside the castle, Inside, the coven was gathering, and she was late. She slipped through a side entrance, her footsteps silent on the stone floor. The air smelled of old parchment and something darker—iron and decay. At the center of the grand hall, Megan knelt before the den of all people, her once-bright eyes now glazed over, her lips parted in a dazed smile., marks on her left breast.Stephanie’s breath hitched as she took in the scene. Megan was naked, her pale skin shimmering under the flickering torchlight, her breast adorned with fresh bite marks The coven encircled her, their chants low and hypnotic. Stephanie stepped forward, her heels clicking against the stone floor as she joined the circle. The High Priestess turned toward her, crimson eyes gleaming. "You're late, child." Megan moaned softly as another vampire traced fingers down her marked breast, her body arching in submission. The scent of arousal and blood hung thick in the air. Stephanie smirked. "Had to make sure my friend didn’t suspect anything." She knelt beside Megan, removing her clothing as well "He’s still clueless. Thinks I’m just his sweet little ex cousin by marriage, but soon..." The High Priestess chuckled. "Good. We’ll need him soon."
Bavk with bryce
Bryce stumbled backward, his shoulder slamming into the wall as he fled. The professor’s laughter slithered after him—dark, amused. Dave was already at the end of the hallway, fumbling with the emergency exit. "Move!" he whispered to hiself Bryce lunged for the door just as something cold and impossibly strong wrapped around his ankle. He screamed, kicking back hard—his shoe connected with something that crunched wetly. The grip loosened. Dave yanked him through the exit into the biting night air. They didn’t stop running until they hit the parking lot, lungs burning. "You saw that, right?" Dave panted.
Bryce- FUUUCCCCKKK!...He a vampire, and he either just turn that girl, or killed her.
Bryce’s heart pounded against his ribs like a trapped animal. The cold night air did little to steady his shaking hands as he and Dave crouched behind a parked car, their breaths ragged. “We need to get the hell out of here,” Dave replied, peering over the hood. “That thing—that professor—he’s not just some random vamp. He’s hunting students.” Bryce’s mind raced. Stephanie knew. That weird look she gave the castle, her insistence on him taking that damn baking class—had she set him up? A low growl echoed from the building they’d just fled.Back with Stephanie, the ritual reached its fever pitch. The High Priestess dragged a clawed finger down Megan’s throat, drawing a thin line of blood that dripped between her breasts. Megan shuddered, her moans dissolving into whimpers as the coven closed in, their fangs gleaming in the torchlight. Stephanie watched , waiting her turn.
The High Priestess’s fingers tangled in Megan’s hair, yanking her head back to expose the delicate column of her throat. A shudder ran through Megan’s body as fangs grazed her skin—not piercing yet, just teasing, drawing out the anticipation. Stephanie’s own breath quickened as she watched, her fingers trailing down her bare stomach, already slick with arousal. One of the coven members—a vampire with dark, hungry eyes—pulled Stephanie forward by the wrist. “Your turn,” he murmured, his voice like velvet over steel. She didn’t resist as he pressed her down beside Megan, their bodies flush against each other.
Bryce’s fingers dug into Dave’s arm as another scream tore through the night—this one closer. The professor’s silhouette flickered at the edge of the parking lot, his movements too fast, too fluid. Predator’s grace. “Car. Now,” Dave hissed, fumbling for his keys. Bryce didn’t argue. The engine roared to life just as the professor’s smile split the darkness, fangs glinting under the streetlights. Tires screeched as Dave peeled out, but Bryce couldn’t shake the image burned into his mind: Stephanie’s smirk, the way she’d whispered soon like a promise.
Bryce’s phone buzzed violently in his pocket—Cortney. His fingers trembled as he swiped to answer. “Cort, listen—” A scream cut him off. Not Cortney’s. Another girl’s. The line went dead. Dave’s knuckles whitened on the steering wheel. “Shit. You think she’s already with them?” Bryce didn’t answer., but thinking he hopes not.The car skidded around a corner, nearly clipping a lamppost as Dave cursed under his breath. Bryce’s phone buzzed again—Cortney. He answered, his voice raw. “Cort, where are you?” Static. Then a whisper, barely audible: “Bryce… they’re here.” A crash echoed through the receiver—glass shattering, a wet gasp. Then silence. Dave’s jaw clenched. “We need to get to her.” Bryce’s stomach twisted. Cortney had been at the library. Safe. Or so he thought.
Meanwhile, at the library, Cortney’s fingers froze over her keyboard. The fluorescent lights flickered, casting long shadows between the bookshelves. A cold draft slithered down her spine. She wasn’t alone. The sound of slow, deliberate footsteps echoed from the next aisle over. Too slow. Too quiet. Cortney swallowed hard and reached for her phone, thumb hovering over Bryce’s contact. Then—a whisper. "Little scholar…" Her breath hitched. The voice was velvet and venom, too close. She spun around— —and came face-to-face with glowing crimson eyes. A hand clamped over her mouth before she could scream.
Bryce’s phone slipped from his fingers, clattering onto the car floor. Dave swore, swerving around another corner. "We have to go back—" "No," Bryce cut in, his voice hollow. "They’re already inside the library. We need a plan." Dave’s grip tightened on the wheel. "Plan? We don’t even know what we’re dealing with!" Bryce clenched his fists. Stephanie had known. She’d led him into this. And now Cortney. The car screeched to a halt outside the library, but Bryce already knew they were too late. The front doors hung broken on their hinges, glass glittering like teeth in the moonlight. Somewhere inside, Cortney was fighting—or worse. Dave grabbed a tire iron from the trunk, his hands shaking. "We go in quiet. Find her. Get out." Bryce nodded, but his thoughts were already fracturing—images of Stephanie flashing behind his eyes. Her knowing smile.
The library doors groaned as Bryce and Dave slipped inside, the scent of old paper and something metallic thick in the air. Shadows stretched unnaturally long between the bookshelves, shifting like living things. Bryce’s pulse hammered in his throat. Then—a whimper. Cortney. They found her slumped against a study carrel, her sweater torn at the collar. Two puncture wounds glistened on her throat, still weeping blood. Her eyes fluttered open, glassy with want, with lust "Bryce…" Her voice was a ragged whisper. "They took Stephanie’s friend… Megan. They’re turning her. And Stephanie—she’s helping them....mmm...bryce why not stay..we could "
Cortney’s fingers twitched toward him, her pupils dilated, her breath coming in shallow gasps. The bite marks pulsed on her throat, dark and glistening. Dave grabbed his arm. "She’s changing...i think, definitely infected by their venom...we need to move—now." But Bryce couldn’t tear his eyes away, Cortney started whimpering as she lifted her shirt over a breast, carressing it as her other had slid down her own pants.
