School talent show leaves act red-faced!

The annual Sunnydale High talent show is a chance to show off the the student body, but one girl took this a tad literally and ended up showing off her entire body.

Victoria McGee, an 18-year-old senior, took to the stage to perform a medly of songs from the popular film "The Sound of Music", dressed in a replica of Julie Andrews' blue dress. Unfortunately for Victoria, she did not have the expensive seamstresses who made Ms Andrews' dress, as her stitching began to fail. By the time she was halfway through "Do Re Mi" there were some clear holes across the costume, until as Victoria hit the impressive notes of "The Hills are Alive" and threw her arms out, the bodice of the dress split apart and it began to fall off her.

Although she tried gamely to salvage her act, Victoria ended up showing us all a few of our favourite things as the dress fell to pieces in her hands and left her on stage in her fetching pink underwear.

If it had ended there it would have been bad enough. Victoria, however, was determined to finish her act, and it was "So Long, Farewell" to her underthings which apparently also could not stand the strain her impressive pair of lungs put them under, and two bra straps and panty elastic snapping later Victoria found herself stripped nude in front of the entire school, teachers and visitors.

It was at this point that she decided to retreat, having given everyone much more of a show than anyone ever bargained on.

Willow and Buffy looked at each other over the paper.

"That was the girl." Willow said. "But what happened to her?"

"I think she died from embarrassment." Buffy replied.

"Like, literally died?"

"Oh, no, that would be horrible if they wrote this article about her and she literally died." Buffy smiled, "But what if part of her... I don't know, her soul, her spirit, died from the humiliation she felt?"

"And that part of her stayed here to cause humiliation to others!"

"Like you."

"Exactly!"

At that moment, the door opened.
