The reunion of two old friends

Kelsey looked at her old schoolmate and without saying anything but a nod let her in. Once the door was closed behind Selena's back the two greeted each other like old friends.

"Tell me Selena how can I help you? What does one of the best lawyers in our city want with my daughter?" said Tracy's mother worriedly.

"Don't worry I'm not here as a lawyer, just as a mother. I'd love to talk to your daughter, but I can anticipate that your daughter is being a bully to Renee, and the situation really seems to be getting out of hand."

Selena gave her friend time to process what she had just said and saw that her former companion's face took on a puzzled expression, as if she was having a hard time believing what she had just heard.

"Look I'm sorry but I know absolutely nothing about what you are telling me! You know how it is my daughter comes home from classes and at dinner, when we are all at the table, she only notifies us if there are important communications. It seems strange to me that you came here and I didn't get a call from the principal or a teacher!" She said in amazement.

"At this point since you've come all the way here wait a minute I'll go call my daughter. In the meantime sit down here-indicating respectively the sofa and the armchair that were in the lobby-I'll go see that she doesn't have headphones with loud music and come back."

"Thank you dearest, I will wait for you here in the armchair."

The lawyer sat down in the chair, which she immediately found very comfortable especially since she had walked all the way here. She was nervous, but she knew exactly what to say; she had gone over the part many times on the way here, and she was ready to face the situation head-on. As she waited sitting on the couch and mentally going over the speech, she heard footsteps and the voice of Tracy's mother scolding her.

"...but have you been acting like a bully? I have no words now let's get to the bottom of this because young lady I did not raise you to be a delinquent!"

At these words the mother and daughter entered the living room. Renee's companion looked more annoyed than sorry or frightened, while Kelsey looked just the stereotype of the mother scolding her offspring even before she really understood what had happened. The annoyed look left the young woman's face as soon as she recognized the **** Redhead's mother, to give way to an already more worried expression.

"Now you tell me what it is that you did to my friend's daughter. No really and be thankful that she came and it wasn't a professor or even worse the Headmaster, I'm really curious what you have to say now young lady..."

Selena got up from the sofa, seeing that neither of the two newcomers was hinting at sitting down, and with a determined look and also with studied step she moved a little closer to her friend's daughter so that she could get a better look at her. Tracy had taken on a genuinely guilty look and this made the lawyer think well that she was on the right track.
