The plan to deflate Ino.

"You mean Ino right?" asked Naruto,"Man what is with you girls and grudges?"

Sakura gave an evil smile worthy of her inner self. She calculated a plan to trick her biggest rival into becoming a mere costume. She went over it with Naruto and the two set out to find the unsuspecting flower girl. Ino was watering flowers in her family's flower shop when the two arrived. Sakura hid on top of a nearby rooftop to get a prime view of the scene while Naruto moved into position as Lady Tsunade.

"Oh Lady Tsunade,"greeted Ino,"I didn't know you were visiting us. Is there something wrong?"

"I must speak with you privately Ino Yamanaka." spoke Naruto trying his best to sound like the Hokage,"It involves a difficult mission and I feel only you can be up to the task."

The prideful blonde could not resist a compliment from the Hokage and quickly stopped watering to join Tsunade in the alley directly below Sakura.

"Err, may I have some details as to what this mission is?" asked Ino.

"Oh I'll explain it to you Ino." yelled Sakura as she dropped down.

"What?! Sakura what is th-" Ino tried to say.

Naruto had already pulled out the air tank and shoved it in Ino's mouth and turned the valve. The flower girl panicked and frantically tried to pull the device lodged in her mouth out, which resulted in Sakura laughing.

"Sorry Ino, there's no point in trying. Even Lady Tsunade couldn't pull that tank out of her mouth. Just sit back and enjoy the deflation."

Ino gave a look that said "What?" to Sakura which immediately morphed to bug eyes as she felt the suction of the air tank removing all air in her body. Ino's transformation was much different than Tsunade's. It seemed like all the air tank was doing to her was making her incredibly skinny as her mid section compressed to the size of an apple. Her arms and legs soon followed suite as they began to look like twigs. She looked like she had been starved for weeks.

"Tsunade's deflation was a lot different." spoke Naruto.

Ino's eyes rolled back into her head as her skin shriveled like an old bed sheet. She was becoming hollow now, the process was nearly complete. What remained of Ino struggled to keep her up on her own two feet as they became hollow bags of flesh. Eventually her legs gave way and she fell flat on her back with her arms spread out. Naruto watched as the remaining air in her body escaped, effectively turning the once air filled suit into skin flat as paper. Ino's skin was still wearing her old clothes as Sakura stepped over what was once a talking breathing person.

"That was...incredible..." spoke Sakura, awestruck.

"Yea, so what are we going to do with her?" asked Naruto.

"I don't know, I didn't think it would actually work. Do you have any ideas Naruto?"

"I would like to know what being your rival is like," said Naruto.

"Sounds like fun," Sakura responded. "I'll just step into the other room while you 'change'."

As Sakura left the alley, Naruto quickly stripped off his clothes and picked up Ino's skin. Stretching the mouth wide, Naruto slipped his feet in, slowly pulling the skin up his waist. He then inserted his arms through the opening and fit them into Ino's arms, and then finally pulled the skin all the way up to Naruto's neck. After taking a quick breathe, Naruto pulled the head over his, adjusting and moving it into place until it fit snugly. Looking at his reflection in a nearby puddle, Naruto saw he looked exactly like Ino, except he was naked.

"Oops," Naruto blushed as he realized his dilemma. "Better get dressed before Sakura comes back and accuses me of being a pervert."
