The people (minor spoilers)

James Goodman

The main character. Starts off the story as a loner, who never had much faith in himself - except for his writing abilities. After his previous employer had to shut down due to declining sales, he desperately looked for new jobs and had to return to his hometown for a job. Due to circumstances, the initial plan of living with his parents failed, he now lives in a huge house far outside the city. Rent, although cheap, is biting into his options should he not get his new job after a three month trial period.

Amber

Amber was James' best friend in college, where they both studied journalism. Despite her best efforts, James refused Amber's advances to make their relationship more than a friendship. Despite this obvious disappointment, Amber's crush on James has not subsided and she is glad he kept her from being alone while in college.

Beth

James' new boss. Beth is an almost expressionless woman who has done the impossible - make her magazine prosper both as a print issue and online.

Christine

A rather introverted and unremarkable woman. James learns early that she has issues with men and it seems that even trying to engage in friendly conversation with her doesn't help. She is friends with her colleagues, Donna and Amber.

Donna

Good looking woman with huge breasts but not much ass. Looking like a bimbo at first glance, she is a highly intelligent woman that saw the potential in James' articles early on. Through the friendship with Amber and Christine, she has heard of James already and is intrigued by the size of his dick. She seems like a rather open and flirtatious woman.

Emily

Went to high school with James, one of the few acquaintances he had there. Her father runs a repair company that also sells furniture, which James needs for his new home.

Floria

A rather unassuming woman who runs the social media presence of the magazine. Doesn't seem to like James very much.

Gloria

Moderates the comment sections of the magazine's online presence. Funny and charming woman, although she is a bit tired from her work, as well as overworked.

Helen

Takes care of the layout of the magazine, middle-aged lesbian with a killer ass, seems to be good at reading James. Cracks sexual jokes without any shame.

Isabella Goodman

James' mother. Early in this story, she has to find out her husband cheated on her with some college girl, making her unsure how her future as a housewife can continue, while also leaving her deeply insecure about her own body.

Jane Miller

That's Officer Miller for you, head of the Sexual Crimes Department. As James and Isabella unfold what his father truly did, Jane investigates. Distrustful of James at first, she slowly begins to open up over time.

Klara

James' neighbor with a farm, who brings him milk every Sunday. She seems to be quite fond of him and James can't deny her attractiveness either.

Laura

Nineteen-year-old college student, recently moved into an apartment with a spycam. Was weirdly opposed to having it removed, but ultimately relented after James pleaded enough.

Megan Dapy

Investigative reporter and prodigy. After having **** the old mayor out of office in shame through her findings, she is investigating James, but it is ultimately unclear whether she cares about the company or his journalism more.
