Seth's heart raced as he read the ominous email. His mind whirled with questions and suspicions. Who was watching him? And why now, just moments after Megan's departure? He quickly made his way downstairs to check that all the doors and windows were secured before returning to his room.

"This is bad, this is really bad," Seth thought, his hands trembling with anxiety.

The House of Desires held a powerful grip over him and his friends. They could access their innermost desires with ease, surely they knew everything about them.

"But why target me with this email while making the others give up? What makes me different?" Seth pondered, defiance rising within him. Perhaps it was because he had a stronger resistance to their control? Or maybe they wanted to instill fear in him so he would give up like the rest.

Regardless, the email gave no clues as to who was behind it.

"The email address...could the IP be traced?" Seth wondered, not having the technological prowess to do so himself. "But there's gotta be someone I know that could help."
