Chapter 3 by Jordan42377 Jordan42377

When will it end how how will you make it happen?

The last straw

I remember clearly, it was an early Wednesday morning in November when I finally had enough. I was on my way to my first class of the day which was the most important class I was taking. I was carrying a project that counted for more than 75% of my semester grade. It was a model of the Human Gnome. and would be an important part of my studies.

As I was nearing the building Kayla and half her crew appeared out of nowhere and knocked it from my arms. "Awww, poor little brainiac! Oopsie, Hope that wasn't anything important! I can be such a clutz sometimes." Kayla sneered as she stomped on the piece's that hadn't broken on impact. Tyrone Wallace and Eddie Benson grabbed me at the same time to hold me from retaliating. They were to 2 of the male members of Kayla's crew and always around when she wanted to be especially cruel and nasty to me.

Now understand, I'm not exactly the stereotypical nerd you'd be expecting. I stand 6 feet 3 inches and weigh a decent 223 pounds. While not all muscle, I've got enough to stop most bullying in high school. I know what you're thinking, if I'm able to stop the bullying why haven't I stopped them by now. You see, I don't believe in **** or confrontation. I was raised to believe in the whole turn the other cheek. I'm the kind of guy that volunteers to help out with toy drives, blood donations, and feeding the homeless. Today, For the first time in my life, I saw red. If those two hadn't been holding me I would certainly have gotten physically violent. Little did anyone realize, this one single act would be the catalyst of everything else that was to follow. This act would be the straw that broke the camels back. This is the day that will change the lives of more than just myself but Kayla and several of her crew.

What will happen now?
