The girls arrive

After about an hour, Ren heard a knock on the cafe door. Sojiro had already gone home for the day, and Morgana had decided to stay outside, so it would just be Ren and his girls.

"Hey," Ren said to the gathered Thieves.

"Hi, Senpai!" Sumire giggled. "I ran into the rest of the gang out here and found out they were going to visit you!"

"Yes," Haru said. "Though, I can't remember why I had the urge to visit you..."

"Phantom Thief of Minds."

All five girls fell into trance. The hypnotic spirals in their eyes.

"Come in," Ren told them. They all entered the cafe, and Joker flipped the sign from Open to Closed, to not be disturbed.

As he took the girls upstairs, he had a plan. He'd plant three triggers each into their brains.

The first would be something useful and functional to him; such as an attendant who would plan his daily activities, or someone who did all his homework.

The second would be something fun, like an animal or inanimate object he could interact with.

The third would cater to him on a more primal level; something like his personal (and incredibly obedient) cheerleader, or belly dancer.

With that, Ren turned to Makoto, intending to program her first...
