The final conquest?

None of his sisters had any cum in them at breakfast today, both Adi and Ella had been thoroughly cleaned. They were both carrying his children though, which was more than hot enough for Vel. He couldn’t wait for them to start showing. It was no doubt still a while away, but that just gave him more time to look forward to it. The three of them had changed their seating arrangements a little, Vel was now sat between Ella and Adi rather than Adi being between the two of them. Ella had of course loved the idea, and both Vel and Adi really enjoyed how cutely she blushed whenever Vel touched her under the table.

After the usual small talk about plans for the day was out of the way, Lady Rienne made an unexpected suggestion. “So, Velas, as the heir and only male child of the house, it really is past time we find a sworn shield for you. You are old enough and far too precious to lose.” Vel was mildly surprised. “That makes some sense I guess, but what about Lynn? She’s older than me and has no sworn shield, should one for her not be found first?” His mother gave him a gentle smile. “Your sister is much less likely to be any kind of target for our enemies. And unlike you, who so loves his long rides, she barely leaves the estate. And as my only son, you are simply more important.” He’d been nodding along until that last remark, which didn’t sit well with him. “Well, Lynn happens to be very important to me, so I would like to see her protected.” The sternness of his tone caught his mother off guard. Lynn, for her part, looked both surprised and touched. Dina scoffed and focused on her food. “I am not saying your sisters aren’t important, Vel, but we are a noble house. Our first duty is to carry on the line, even when that forces us to make cold decisions. Currently, you are the only male child of houses Andros and Hothemer. Your safety is paramount.” Vel opened his mouth to protest again, but Lynn cut him off. “She is right, Vel. I appreciate you wanting to see me safe, and I love you for speaking up about it, but Mother is right. You are more important than any of us.” Lady Rienne nodded and looked at Lynn with pride. “Thank you, Chielynn. That was well said, you are a credit to this house.” Lynn practically glowed with the praise, which made sense, their mother had always been something of a role model to the little lady.

“Okay, fine. I surrender, I am next in line for a sworn shield. Did you have anyone in mind, Mother?” Lady Rienne softly shook her head. “Alas, no. I suppose we could ask the master at arms who our most capable fighter is.” Vel shook his head. “That won’t work.” His mother quirked an eyebrow. “And why not?” Vel sighed. “Because Dina is our best fighter, and there are a number of reasons why she can’t be my sworn shield.” Dina finally looked up from her food, clearly surprised. “You willingly admit it?” Vel inclined his head. “It would be folly to deny something obvious because of personal distaste. And you are obviously our best fighter, on foot.” Dina wrinkled her brow at the last part. “On foot? What is that supposed to mean? You can’t possibly think you could beat me on horseback.” Vel smiled. “No, I know I could.” Dina immediately fired back. “Want to bet?” He nodded. “I would love to, what will we-“ Their mother interrupted them. “Stop it right now. Save it for after breakfast. We are in the middle of a far more important and appropriate conversation.” Her tone brooked no argument and both siblings quieted.

There was a brief awkward silence, though it was quickly broken by Adi. “We could get in touch with Master Tevish in town, he brokers mercenary contracts, does he not? Surely, he would know some potential candidates.” That was a solid suggestion, but Vel could tell through their link that Adi wasn’t being honest. He looked into her mind fully and was impressed by what he saw. She was planning to use Tevish as a cover and had actually had the brilliant idea to ask Seph if The Order of Watchers might be able to provide someone to be his shield. He was so lucky to have her. He made sure she saw and felt his approval before pulling back into his own mind.

“I think that is a great idea, Adi. What do you think, Mother?” Lady Rienne gave a very dainty shrug. “It sounds reasonable. I would prefer a candidate already working in the household, but if there’s no one you’d like then I see no reason to object.” Vel thought for a moment. “There really isn’t anyone among the guards that I would seriously consider. Well, maybe Jeane, but she is spoken for.” Dina narrowed her eyes as if to say, “Damn right she is.” His mother accepted that, and they moved on to other topics, but Vel couldn’t help but be stuck on the thought. Would he even accept a sworn shield? He was worried he might be too proud, which would be stupid. He could not fight on foot, having someone to protect him made sense. Especially as he was far more likely to be in danger than most of his family realized. He mulled it over for the remainder of the breakfast.

As he and Adi were leaving after breakfast, Dina caught up to them. “So, you weren’t really serious about thinking you could beat me, were you?” Vel gave Dina what he hoped came across as an arrogant smile. “Again, I know I can beat you ahorse. And yes, I am still willing to make a bet.” Dina gave one of her frequent scoffs. “Okay, so how about we do a classic three tilt joust? Kreibar can adjudicate.” Vel nodded. “That sounds reasonable, I am in.” Dina smirked. “Okay, so what do we bet for?” Vel shrugged. “You proposed the bet. How about you say what you want from me if you win, and I come up with something I think is fair in return?” Dina seemed to think for a bit. “Your destrier.” Before Vel could reply Adi scoffed. “Even if you did win Veldred, he wouldn’t let you anywhere near him.” Dina shot her a glare. “I’m talking to the cripple, not his even more pathetic bootlicker twin.” That angered Vel, he did not mind being called a cripple, but he would not let Dina insult Adi. He opened his mouth to say something, but before he could, Adi dropped to all fours and licked his boots. She was making theatrical slurping noises as she did it. Dina looked stunned. Vel couldn’t help but laugh.

Adi got back up and wiped her mouth on the back of her hand. “You were saying, Sister?” Dina shook her head in disbelief and turned back to Vel. “So, I want your huge horse. It doesn’t really matter what you want, considering you have no chance, but honor dictates I at least hear you out and accept.” Vel stroked his chin as he considered it. “This is tough, Veldred is beyond precious to me. I do not fear actually losing him to you, but I do need to come up with something of equal value or significance. It is a matter of honor, after all.” Dina nodded, agreeing with that. Vel snapped his fingers. “Oh, I know. if I win you will jack me off with those majestic tits of yours.” Dina looked aghast and scandalized. “WHAT?” She looked around the empty hallway, making sure no one was in earshot. “How dare you even suggest-“ Vel cut her off. “It is the only thing you can offer me even remotely approaching equality to Veldred. Accept it or pick something else.” Adi chuckled. “Clearly she is a lot more worried about losing than she wants to let on.” Vel could have kissed her, she had said exactly the right thing to push Dina where they wanted her. “Good point, Adi, its not like me losing is an actual possibility. I accept your terms, Velas.” They shook hands. “How about we do it tomorrow after breakfast. Jeane will be my second.” Vel nodded. “Excellent, Adi will be mine. I look forward to knocking you into the dirt and fucking your tits.” Dina scoffed, turned on her heel, and left. As soon as she was around the corner Vel pulled his twin into a tight embrace and kissed her deeply. “You were magnificent, Adi. Well done.” She beamed at him.
