The drive (Main branch)

"WHAT?!"You exclaim at the revelation your mom just made to you."AND YOU'RE TELLING THIS TO ME NOW?!"

"Calm down... it's not that big of a deal."Your mother tries to calm you down while keeping her eyes on the road.

"Not a big deal?" You ask incredulously,"are you fucking kidding me?"

"Language!"Your mother chides you while maintaining her focus on the road and trying not to look at you.

"We're moving to a completely new place with new people. I've left behind my school,friends and basically everything I was familiar with and now you're telling me you've enrolled me into an all-girls highschool and you also expect me to have control on my language?!" You shoot in a single breath.

"Well..."your mother shrugs helplessly, "It's not like the town had many options. There's just one school over there and that's the all-girls one."

"Yeah? What about the guys in the town then?"You ask,not believing the argument of your mom,"Where do they go?"

"No-where..."your mom simply replies,"There are no men in the town."

You stare at her with a blank expression. Slowly you start chuckling.

"You're kidding right?" You ask through your strained laughter.

"Not really."

You shut your eyes and groan.

"What kind of a town is it anyway?? Why are there no men?" You ask your mom.

"I don't know sweety..." She sighs before reaching out and placing a hand on your knee,"But trust me, it'll be fine. Maybe it'll take you some time to adjust but I'm sure it'll end up well."

You let out a heavy breath,"If you say so."

She smiles at you and gives your knee a squeeze before retracting her hand and get back to her focused driving.

You look out at the landscape passing by and wonder what the future is going to bring for you.

Even though you're a bit shocked about the new place you're going to ,a part of your brain tingles at the thought of being in a place with only women, everywhere and being the only guy around definitely sounds appealing.
