The doctors plan (perspective shift)

As Elastigirl investigates the doctors lair still hidden from the doctor the villain begins steps surrounding his plan by sending two agents to liberate a highly rare chemical currently being housed in a prison by the agency to test on inmates.

The two operatives are first Lily poison a highly seductive intelligent and sarcastic woman proficient in sleeper holds and flirty wordplay during combat and sex. She has also been experimented on by the doctor which gives her an assortment of powers to enhance her abilities some of which remain to be seen.

The second is Pia the one of the doctors guards whom took up bodybuilding and was experimented on heavily she is extremely buff but has some mental quirks to work out if she is too be an adequate replacement for beefcake. She is the doctors insurance if beefcake ever turns against him. Pia is incredibly strong as her appearance would suggest has a decent appetite for sex but isn’t too bright and while her intelligence has been upgraded by the doctor she can still come off as a bit of an airhead or sometimes a meat head jock type.

The women arrive to the prison when poison gives Pia a bit of a rundown. They have two approaches first off complete stealth they can approach as visitors and use items in the cake along with the cake itself which has a chemical to make any man who eats it mindlessly horny and then pass out after cumming, other items include quite realistic looking blow up sex dolls that can be quickly inflated and when un inflated Are around the size of a quarter, knockout lipstick a bunch of makeup some seductive sets of clothing and some ‘love dust’ as they’ve named it that makes any man who breathes it in become incredibly horny but also obsessed with whichever woman used the dust on him.

The second approach the women can use is attempting to move stealthily through the facility by breaking in and knocking out any guards they come by.

The front entrance only has one guard by a guard hut and the doctor has already taken care of surveillance for them.
