Before either of you can say another word, the dickhead doctor returns with the fresh vial, accompanied by the other other nurse. "Hold him down." he says while he angrily fill a syringe. That nurse immediately grabs your ankles, roughly pulls them down and holds them in a vise-grip. Your werewolf, on the other hand, stands right next to your shoulder and gently holds your wrists and pulls them up over your head. As he does so, his mouth comes right up to your ear. He whispers, "Don't worry, it'll be alright" and gives your wrists a reassuring squeeze.
Despite everything, you crack a tiny smile, which disappears as soon as it came. Without any warning, the monstrous doctor stabbed your butt with the syringe, injecting you with the womb-creating drug. You lurch and scream in pain, but the nurses hold you down. Your werewolf holds both your wrists in one hand and throws his other arm over your shoulders, forcing you down. He hurriedly reassures you, "Hey, hey! It's alright, it'll be over soon. Relax, relax!"

"In a bit" he replies, "Just let me make sure everything's okay." The nurse shrugs and leaves the room. Now it's just the two of you again.
