The captain steps in

“What’s going on here?”, a rather stern voice asked from behind her.

Mina turned to find Captain Lucy, her superior officer standing in behind her. “Captain, it’s nothing. I was just trying to explain to this woman that there is no such thing as a ‘Nudity License’.”

The captain looked over at the woman standing in her precinct in her birthday suit, and Officer Mina’s baton wedged between the woman’s wet thighs. “I am terribly sorry ma’am. If you come this way we can get you your license.”

“Really eeey!”, Sam squealed.

Mina was left slack jawed as her captain guided this naked pervert through the precinct like it was perfectly normal. “Officer Mina are you just going to stand there or are you going to help process this woman.”

“Y-yes right away ma’am.”

Lucy lead Sam and Mina through the precinct the entire time Mina’s eyes were glued on Sam as her shapely ass swayed side to side. She was obviously doing this on purpose but Mina felt she had no room to talk right now.

Finally, Lucy lead them to a small room with a camera and cameraman waiting. “If you please walk over to that wall the photographer can take the photo for your license.” Sam let out another squeal as she ran over leaving a trail of juice. “Officer Mina outside now!”, Lucy ordered her face looking rather serious.
