The boys have a busy night

Zach was too nervous to leave the room once Heather left, just pacing around waiting for the night to wrap up so he could explain things to everyone. After awhile he could hear everyone returning to their rooms and to his surprise Gavin and Kurt were acting very chummy as they came into the room.

"Oh hey Zack, surprised you're still awake. Figured that's why you were in here all night." Kurt just gave him a knowing grin behind Gavin's back. Zack took a deep breath "Actually there's something I need to talk to you guys about." Gavin looked confused and Kurt was trying to wave Zack off before he said too much.

"I have good news and bad news. The bad news is Heather found out about the toll." Kurt just face palmed hard as he heard this. Well there goes any progress I had on flipping Gavin, and our best lead on girls is in the toilet. Meanwhile Zack explained what had happened to Gavin.

"Damn it, I told you guys this was a stupid idea when we first got here. Now Heather is going to be mad at you guys and I'm going to get lumped in with you. Might as well just leave now for how fun the rest of the stay is going to be." Gavin fumed.

"Now slow down Gavin let me get to the good news, Heather approved of it." Both of the other boys froze at this statement and slowly turned to face Zack.

"What do you mean she approved?" They asked in unison.

"She thought it was a great idea to encourage some fun over the trip. She did lay down some rules though. We have to come up with a uniform pricing system by tomorrow morning, we're going to have to tell everyone about it tomorrow so no one is taken off guard on their way to use it, and we're not allowed to give anyone a pass." Gavin was too shocked to respond, how was Heather fine with this? It was going to be so embarrassing telling all the girls about this tomorrow. How is he ever going to ask one of his friends to see them naked or anything? Kurt was more focused on the rules however

"What does she mean no one gets a pass?" confused on that rule.

"Basically I can't not do it to Taylor or Chloe, and same goes for you and Heather. She doesn't want people gaming the room to get away with things." Kurt struck a thoughtful pose.

"I guess that makes sense, I guess we'll just have to hope that doesn't need to get enforced." Gavin just looked shocked at how casual the other two guys were during this insane situation. "How can you two be so calm during something like this." This caused Kurt regard Gavin for a second before declaring.

"He's right, we need to come up with the rules fast or we're going to be up all night trying to get things nailed down." Gavin just couldn't win, they couldn't see how awkward this was going to make things. Resigned to dealing this he grabbed piece of paper to start taking notes. After a few hours they finally manged to agree on a working set of rules to present in the morning.
