A Halfling rogue, Svartleby is a double-dealing, duplicitous outlaw. Having arrived in Whaler’s Cove some time ago, he seems to have so far evaded a sticky end - perhaps by some dodgy deal with the inhabitants.

He has unpleasant, soft features and grooming, with an appearance of faded grandeur. Despite this, he is a confident and lascivious character, quick to flirt and manipulate. His goals are certainly not going to be to Morgause’s favour.
