The Republic arrives, as expected

After preparing their ships for the ambush, the Republic ships arrived to the coordinates several minutes later. The 4 expected vessels jump out of hyperspace and not a moment later, the pirate ships begin to fire their ion weapons while moving closer and surrounding them in the confusion. as the larger ships continues to fire, the fighters began moving to deploy ion bombs at key position of each ship. For nearly a full minute, the Republic ships begin firing back, although, the damage already sustained would impair their ability to fight for long.

After several minutes, 1 of the two Republic frigates, finally went down as their systems went down. Shortly afterwards, the second Consular and the Arquitens joined it. After a little more fighting, even the Acclamator lost it's power to fight, leaving the Republic ships floating around in space. With all the fighting over, the boarding ships all set off from their ships to the Republic craft, 20 transports left for the Acclamator, the remaining 15 went towards the frigates and light cruiser.

The 20 boarding craft, each with 25 men, women and droids, including Aarol, landed in groups of 5 in several different sections of the transport, in an effort to try and split up the defending ****. All organic pirates were all equipped with powerful breathing masks that were specially designed for this type of plan. Even with the ship powered down, the pirate band was impossibly outnumbered. According to the mission information, each of these ships were filled with clones and supplies to reinforce clone positions on the front. Their best hope was to access the transports air filtration and ventilation system and flood it with a power gas they were carrying. Nothing lethal, but was powerful enough to knock out clones through their helmet filters.

Arriving on the ships hull, just above a hallways close to utilities, the ships began cutting a hole through the ship to begin off loading pirates. After several minutes, a hole was cut through and the brigands started pouring through into the ship. Coming to an empty hallway, it would seem that the outlaws got lucks with no clones being near by to intercept them coming in. After all the passengers exited the boarding crafts, they deployed a energy shield to prevent the hole to start sucking everyone back into space, before returning back to the cruisers to bring on more hands.

Meanwhile, Aarol, check the ship schematic map he acquired from the black market some time before. Moving down the hall, they encountered a squad of 20 clones running down the other end of the hall towards their position. Either moving to the sides of the hall or pulling out hand held blaster shields, the pirates quickly readied themselves to engage the approaching troopers. By the time the clones noticed the brigands ahead, they were already under fire. The resulting firefight didn't last too long, as the clones were quickly brought down after taking down 4 pirates. However, the fighting had drawn attention to the group and more clone squads were more than likely approaching them.

Nearly running down the hall for several moments, Aarol and his crew arrived at the ships filtration system, with only 2 guards waiting outside and 3 inside. after swiftly dispatching all troopers, the pirates moved quickly to begin inserting the sleeping agent into the oxygen system to render the clones incapable from resisting. It would need to be fully mixed with the ships filtration before activating, otherwise it would act too slowly. Unfortunately, the clones had managed to find out what they were doing and were moving to stop them. using what time they had, the pirates and outlaws moved to surround the door and keep it covered from an enemy advance. If their plan was to succeed, they mustn't fail.
