The Petting Zoo

When everyone else arrived at the Petting Zoo, they soon realized it was no ordinary Petting Zoo. Sure, the usuals were still there. But there was also a Tiger, a Grizzly Bear, a-

"A PIKACHU!"

Yes, a Pikachu. Thank you Lucy.

Somehow, she dove over the fence and tackled the electric mouse in cuddles. Anyone who's seen Pokemon could probably guess how that went.

"CHUUUUUUUUU!"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Lucy laid on the ground, covered in electric burn marks.

"ARE YOU OK?" yelled Gabby, running over to her roommate. Lucy sat up and literally shook off the burns.

"Yep, I'm fine," she said before petting the Pikachu more calmly. Gabby shook her head in disbelief while the others filed in. Bri found an extremely fluffy bunny and basically melted on the spot. She sat down and pulled it into her lap, running her hand across it's fur. Mike sat next to her, and she wordlessly rested her head against his shoulder.

"I think I'm going to be ok," she said. Mike smiled and gently kissed the top of her head.

Ashley wasn't the biggest fan of cute animals. Or at least, she wasn't the biggest fan of cute animals until she met cat that looked up at her with these big, green, empty eyes.

"You are the best cat in the multiverse now," she said, sitting down and hugging it. She tried to stop them, but tears fell.

Gwen was petting a dog when she felt something strong hit her in the back. She whipped around and saw a beautiful white horse, and her heart melted. She hugged it's head, and felt an instant calm wash over her.

Remember how I said there was a grizzly bear? Well, Gabby was currently giving it a bear hug and crying into it's fur. Mike came over to her and gently rubbed her back.

"Don't worry, I'll always be with you," he said. Gabby gave him a shakey, but strong smile.

"I know. And I will always be with you," she said.

Once Penny walked into the fenced in area, the tiger walked up to her. She gently ran her hand through its fur, and that was it.

The walls she put up came crashing down, and the damn broke. Tears fell freely from her eyes as she buried her face into the fur. She sobbed, ugly crying for the time.

What she saw didn't just damage her, or scare her. It broke her.

"I'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry. I'm a monster. I don't want to be a monster anymore. Please, just give me a chance," she said through her sobs. Even though everyone had a reason to hate her, the others couldn't help but feel for her. Even Gabby.

Mike hesitated, but walked over to her and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder.

"I'll give you a chance. Make it count," he said. Penny looked up at him and saw the list, and it only had one thing.

Prove she's changed.

"Hi guys," said May as she and Alex entered together. A white wolf walked up to Alex and sniffed her.

"Hi there buddy," she said, bending down to pet it. As soon as she did, multiple other wolves appeared out of thin air. Before she knew it, she was tackled by them all who kept licking her.

"MIKE, HELP ME!" she called out, her hand reaching out over the mountain of wolves. Mike walked over, and all but one of them ran away, leaving a dazed and silva covered Alex on the ground.

May was approached by a cow, who loudly mooed at her. Despite this, she couldn't help but fall in love with the creature.

Mike watched all eight women find comfort in the different animals with a smile on his face. He might hate the Director, but his point was clear.

That's when Mike felt a hot breath on him. He turned around and saw a large dragon.

"Woah," he said, reaching out his hand. To his shock, it nuzzled him.

That's when they all received a message in their heads, the animals they bonded with will be their companions for life.
