The Jeffersons

Before going on their honeymoon to Hawaii, Antoine and Elizabeth had one more important task to do. Elizabeth couldn't be the only Jefferson. And indeed, Aaron and Emily and Katie only knew Antoine to be their father. So they sat at the state agency, under the contemptuous gaze of a bureaucrat, as Antoine formally adopted the children. There would be no more Lancasters under Antoine's roof.
