The Interview

That afternoon, Ryan found himself at the local pool. He had worked as a lifeguard in the town where he and his dad had moved from so had experience. However, the job they were hiring for was a training position. It had some managerial duties and included teaching CPR to new trainees. Ryan had level two certification and hoped that, along with an excellent recommendation, was sufficient to get hired.

He arrived in swim trunks and a t-shirt, knowing there could be a practical side to the interview. At the front window, he was directed by a cute little Philippino girl to the office. He waited for a few moments before a woman in an official lifeguard one-piece walked in. She wore shorts and flip flops and her dark hair was pulled back into a loose ponytail. When she looked up, her eyes were like crystal ice. Her breasts were not the size of Vanessa's or anything, but they were definitely more than a handful. Ryan forcibly kept his eyes on her face.

"Hello, Ryan. I'm Karli, the general manager for this facility. It says here that you have two years experience and level two certification. Have you trained others in CPR before?"

"Yes, ma'am. I trained others for two months before my father and I moved here."

"Why did you move?" It was a standard interview question, but it brought up thoughts of Vanessa...and Luna.

"My father remarried and my new, uh, mom already had a house that she didn't want to leave. When my mom died, dad and I moved out and lived in an apartment so we didn't really leave anything important behind." Ryan spoke mater-of-factly. His mother's **** was in the long past now.

"I'm sorry to hear about your mother." Karli's business demeanor softened and she looked genuinely sad at the news. "Tell you what, how about we do a couple of standard tests and if you pass, you'll start work today."

Ryan nodded. The tests were easy and his training came back to him easily. He spent the next four hours getting paper work done and meeting the crew. Half of them were hot girls, some teens and a couple a bit older. But the hottest of all of them was Karli.
