The Episode Hypnotic

Hypnotic---Simone Charcot had a magical blue gem which hynotise those who looked at it. Having murdered her own father for it, Lex found out and blackmailed her to enslave Clark for the Kent's Secret. Simone found out but kept it from Lex, who blackmailed her into more work against her will. She and Clark went to kill him, but she wound up shot and her stone destroyed.

So how can we change the story...

Instead of killing her father, she obtains the gem and brainwashes him to give it to her. Nothing for Lex to backmail her with, she is free with power as she wanders into Smallville to steal from Lex and mets a cute guy name Clark Kent.

Deciding killing Lex could be a waste... and could lead to similar problems like her father's **** caused her, she tries to use the combination of her hypnosis powers and Clark's superpowers. So she gets the evidence destroyed and a rich minion.

As above, but Simone hypnotises Lana, Chloe and Lois as well as Lex.

Simone is defeated and killed, breaking the spell... but her stone is intact and now in someone's else's hands. Lex, Clark, or Chloe... unless someone else find/takes/steals it.
