The Bat and The Cat

Batgirl was on her nightly patrol of Gotham City when she heard an alarm go off from a nearby museum. Heading towards the museum, Barbara was able to use the observational skills Batman taught her to almost instantly spot the lone cat like figure jumping from rooftop to rooftop away from the museum, Catwoman!

Quickly Batgirl begins to follow her. Deciding to keep her presence unknown to the thief, Batgirl stealthily starts to follow Catwoman. At first it seems to be working and Barbara remains unnoticed, but suddenly out of nowhere Catwoman jumps past a nearby building and vanishes from Batgirl’s point of view. Landing on the rooftop near where Catwoman vanished, Batgirl starts to look around for her.

Barbara is suddenly tackled from behind! The Bat and the Cat struggle and fight, but neither can gain an advantage over the other. Catwoman rolls and then gets up and stands in front of Batgirl in a combat ready position, ready to pounce if necessary, “The Bat’s taught you some of his moves I see...” Before Barbara can respond Catwoman suddenly throws down a smoke bomb! When the smoke clears’s Barbara only barely manages to notice Selena Kyle slip through a window.

Shooting a grappling hook after her, Barbara is pulled up to the window and then enters it dramatically. when she lands on her feet she is surprised at the site before her...
