The Anomalies

The first anomaly lay at the absolute endpoint of the Zenthek's world. They had long discovered their world's physics system to extend perceptibly in a nigh infinite cylindrical pattern. But upon placing a highly accurate plank-ring analyzer at the "western" end, they noticed the ripples in the mass field took on the shape of a six foot tall bipedal hominid.

The hominid shape, when scanned and translated into a model, seemed to be that of a young woman, posing confidently and winking while giving a peace sign. A smug grin was plastered on her face, one hand rested on her hip, and the whole of their perceivable world seemed to emanate absurdly from her groin.

The Zentheks, placing great spiritual value in the discovered truths of their scientific scrutiny, assumed this to be some sort of divine sign pointing at the proper way of things. Upon seeing her smug grin and the world between her legs, they assumed the pride of birthgivers was sacred.
