Terrifed Lauren runs

Lauren ran up to the other, chest heaving and eyes wide.

"Lauren?! What is it?" Jade asked, totally shocked.

"There was... there was a bear!" Lauren gasped, struggling to catch her breath.

To Lauren's surprise, everyone began laughing at her.

"What?!" Lauren asked, annoyance peaking through her adrenaline.

"Lauren, we only have black bears here!" Jade said, doubled over laughing. "They're harmless, and more scared of you then you are of them!"

"...Oh." Lauren said, feeling quite stupid. Everyone kept laughing and laughing.

Okay, she had been pointlessly scared, it wasn't that funny!

"Hey Lauren!" One of Jade's friend's laughed. "You forgot something in the woods!"
