Temari comes with Naruto, the rest follows Tayuya

Tayuya grins as she looks towards her small group. "Oh yes... Hanabi-chan and Tenten-chan will come with me... You can take this dull slut with you instead, Naruto. As soon as we find the whore we're looking for, we're out of here, got it?", she reminds him.

Naruto nods, and they part ways. This is his chance. If his observations weren't wrong at all, there might be something left of Temari inside her body.

As soon as they are out of sight, Naruto grabs Temaris shoulders and starts to shake her mildly, while talking to her. "Hey, Temari. Wake up, Temari. You're still here, aren't you?", he asks.

All he receives is a dull look from her eyes, it seems like nothing is changing.

But he does not give up. "Temari... come on, Temari-chan, can you hear me?", he keeps on calling out to her.

Finally a change. A glimmer of consciousness lightens up Temaris eyes. "N-Naaaa-ruto?", she slurs out.

Naruto breathes out a sigh of relief. "Yes, yes, it's me. Is that really you, Temari-chan?", he asks, but all he receives is a puzzled look.

"I... I... I don't know...", she stammers, gripping her head. She looks around her surroundings and it seems she is dizzy. She falls, but Naruto catches her. Then, her eyes settles on him. "You're... Naruto, right?", she asks, unsure of how she knows that name.

"Yes, that's right.", he confirms this for her. It dawns on him that she might have lost a part of her memory or is just confused. He needs to know for sure. "Temari, please tell me what you can remember.", he asks her as they stroll along the

As they continue to search the hospital, Naruto manages only to coax little memories out of Temari. In fact, it seems like the only real definite memories she has are right before Naruto fucked her.

Temari sticks close to Naruto. "Naruto... we were lovers once, right?", she asks, looking to him helplessly.

Naruto finds himself tempted for a moment, but it passes. He cannot do this to her, he cannot exploit her situation. He needs to tell her the truth. "Actually no... you belong to a friend of mine. You love him. His name is Shikamaru.", he tells her slowly, trying not to confuse her with too much informations.

"Shika..-maru?", Temari repeats, trying to remember the name. But she shakes her head. "Nothing. I can't even recall a face."

Naruto lays his hand on her shoulder in an effort to comfort her. "You'll meet him soon. He's a nice guy.", he tells her.

"But Naruto... you're a nice guy, too."

Naruto turns to look at Temari and catches her blushing as she looks back. She's so different from before, she seems helpless. Well, granted, everyone would be helpless and confused if they lost their memory. And now she turned to Naruto to support her in this time.

He feels not a small amount of guilt as she leans in and kisses him softly on the lips. Fortunately, there is no one in the hospital corridor at the moment, but he still feels quite some pain as he betrays his friend by kissing back his girlfriend. "I'll help you get your memory back, Temari-chan, I promise."

"Thank you, Naruto. I know you will.", Temari says, her trust in him audible.

"We... we need to get back to Tayuya. We haven't found who were looking for.", he tells her as they turn. Of course, he had never intended to really search for Shizune-nee-chan and all he can hope is that she is in this part of the hospital or not here at all, just anything that Tayuya can't find her.
