Tell Megan about her no good, cheating boyfriend.

You know that if the positions were switched, you'd want your friend to tell you about your cheating bastard boyfriend. So, once you're ready, you take a big breath and head back back into the weight room. Megan is still the only one inside so you immediately make eye contact. She's on the floor doing one of the same stretches she helped you with earlier, but you manage to stay focused, even with her legs spread as far apart as they are now. Of course, Megan can tell from the look on your face that something is up.

"What's wrong?" She asks.

"I, uh..." You falter for a moment. "I heard someone in the locker room." You wait for Megan to ask you to clarify.

"What do you mean?"

"I heard two people doing... something in the showers. I think they were having sex. And he sounded a lot like Shawn from breakfast." You see Megan's mouth drop after you name Shawn. "I couldn't really tell what they were doing, but I don't know what else makes those sounds, or why a guy would be in the girl's locker room."

You can tell Megan is rearing to go after hearing that. "Stay here, I'll go check it out." She declares. You do as she says and stay put. You sit on one of the weight benches as you watch Megan walk out the door and round the corner. Your wait takes longer than you'd expect for someone to walk into the showers, throw a punch, and then return, but you keep waiting.

After a few minutes, you finally see Megan through the window to the main hall. She doesn't come back into the weight room to join you though, she just keeps walking toward the entrance slowly and with her head down. You head out to catch up with her, running up beside your friend.

"Hey, what-" you cut yourself off when you see the tears streaming down Megan's face. "Woah, are you all right?"

"Oh, Sam!" She bursts out crying as she leans into you, burying her face into your shoulder. Between her sobs, she manages to tell you what happened. "He said he didn't want to be tied down with his high school girlfriend when there's all these new bitches to fuck. The worst part is, he didn't even stop fucking her. He just kept going and asked if I wanted to join!"

"That fucking asshole!" You yell out after hearing this. You notice that at least one person is currently watching your exchange. You give them a dirty look and they move along. You're thankful that at least you are near the outer edge of campus so there won't be a lot of foot traffic this morning. Not wanting to make any more of a scene, you ask Megan, "Should we go back to your room?"

"Yeah... Er, wait. Can we do your dorm room? I don't want to deal with my roommates right now."

"Of course." You reply. You take charge and lead Megan by the hand back to your dorm room. You're just retracing your steps from earlier, so there's not much navigation to worry about. By the time you get inside, Megan has calmed down just a bit. All the same, she quickly collapses onto your bed. You can hear a faint groaning sound emanating from under her hair.

You're not exactly an expert on heartbreak, but you need to quickly find a way to fix this. You didn't necessarily have plans for today, but you weren't planning on sitting in your dorm room watching a girl you only met last night balling her eyes out.
