Surge the Tenrec

Surge is a tenrec who was stripped of her past and modified into a villanous cyborg by Dr. Starline with the purpose of eradicating and replacing Sonic the Hedgehog as the hero, with support from Kitsunami the Fennec. When they found out about her origins, however, Surge decided to take revenge on everyone she blames for their past lives being taken away from them.

Surge is an arrogant, hot-tempered, aggressive punk that possesses speed that rivals Sonic, the ability to generate electricity, and extreme durability.

She has green quills, is somewhat skinny, with medium boobs and a big butt.
