Superman wants

Superman was enraged like no one knew he could be. A few days prior, a giant robot had terrorized the city, and as Superman was destroying it, he discovered that Lex Luthor built the robot. Before he could gain any proof, the robot self destructed, destroying a city block and killing a dozen people, including Superman’s girlfriend Lois Lane. Now, three weeks later, he was still furious. He loved her, and she was gone, and he couldn’t do anything to prove who killed her! Luthor still had the appearance of a well meaning billionaire businessman, so it was very unlikely that anyone would believe Superman, no matter how much they trusted him.

So, Superman had to have ****. But what? He couldn’t kill Luthor, as he’d be seen as murdering an innocent man and having gone mad. There was no way to prove Luthor’s evil deeds, so that was out of the picture. Corporate espionage? Acts of sabotage? No, that wouldn’t really hurt Luthor the way Luthor hurt him.

And then, it hit Clark. It was a stay thought, out of the dozen’s, that came to his mind. _If I can no longer have Lois, I could replace her with Luthor. _It was crazy, really, but the more Clark thought about it, the more it made sense. Yes! It could work! It was brilliant! My goodness, this will be perfect! And so, Clark went up to the Fortress Of Solitude and started searching for the right materials. But first, he’d have to plan an Interview.
