Stuck-Up and Arrogant → Giddy and Playful

Next on the menu for turning our conceited snake-in-the-grass into just the sort of vapid bimbo she so-derides, let's target that attitude and exchange 'Stuck-Up and Arrogant' for 'Giddy and Playful,' as suits the archetype.

The room remains mostly the same, although curtains appear behind the bed and the chandelier gains more prominent crystals. As for Lilian, her random buttons vanish in favor of more consistent embroidery as her face seems to lose a bit of maturity, and her grin broadens just a hair. Ruffles line the entirety of her cleavage window on her dress, and the neck of it opens up entirely only to be covered at the last moment by a large bow-tie with a ruffled collar.

It's honestly a pretty subtle change overall, but the plan is to lay stones for later at the moment anyway. I've a hunch why her expression's still mostly the same either way, given part of it's still written into the Prompt...
