Strip, but only to your underwear

You look around for some kind of privacy screen. There isn’t one. Nor is there a surgical gown, and you flush bright red, but you nod your understanding as the nurse leaves.

You take off your socks, shoes, shirt, and pants placing them in the bin along with your phone and wallet. You leave you bra and underwear on though. You don’t want to reveal everything.

As you sit down on the examination chair, you can't help but feel nervous about what is to come. The chair itself is concerning. It looks less like a normal doctor’s table and more like a gynecologist’s chair from hell. It is covered with all kinds of restraints and has repositionable joints to allow the patient’s body to be easily manipulated without their consent. You try to calm yourself by taking deep breaths as you wait for the doctor to arrive.

It isn’t long before the nurse returns with a tall, bespectacled man with a white lab coat. His face carries a warm, reassuring smile that instantly puts you at ease.

"Good day, Alex," he greets you with a nod, his voice calm and professional. "I’m Dr. Walters I see you're here for a hucow transformation, yes?"

You nod, a mixture of eagerness and apprehension coursing through your veins. The nurse has started fastening the restraints binding you to the chair.

“Are those really necessary?” you question her.

It’s Dr. Walters who responds. “They are just a precaution. Extensive body modifications like a hucow transformation require a series of careful and precise procedures all of the patient’s body. The restraints are to keep you from accidentally moving at the wrong moment and causing something to go wrong.”

His explanation makes sense. You’re still a little leery about being so immobilized. You let the nurse keep going despite your misgivings. By the time she is done, you can’t move a muscle.

“Uh-oh,” she addresses you like you are a toddler and you kind of want to slap her, “It looks like someone forgot to take the underwear off. Oh, well.”

She uses a pair of trauma sheers to cut off your bra and panties. You’re so shocked by her actions, you don’t even know what to say. Dr. Walters distracts you when he starts talking again.

“Before we begin, would you like to be anesthetized for the procedure or would you prefer to remain awake?”

Horrified at the thought of being awake while your body undergoes such a drastic change, you ask, “Why would anyone want to be awake?”

“Some women believe that it helps them make the transition mentally,” the doctor patiently explains, “By fully experiencing the changes as they happen, they come to terms with their new bodies faster.”
