Straight question

"So you've done all that here?" Ethan keeps the questions coming, getting closer to the real question he wants to ask.

Alex doesn't answer right away, giving Ethan a coy look. "I will admit... I may have indulged in some underage drinking. And perhaps on one or two occasions sampled some herbs..." She raises a finger in the air, "Don't really vibe it, if I'm being totally honest."

"Well, thank you for your total honesty." Ethan gives her a playful grin.

She rolls her eyes, fighting a smile. "As for making out..." she bats her eyelashes. "Guilty."

Ethan makes a mock aghast face. "Alex!"

She giggles. "Yup. Throw the book at me."

Ethan chuckles and thinks he might be able to ask the real question he wants to know now.
