Steve, an 18 year old student with a big spanking fetish

After finding the notebook and making sure it worked one more time, Steve went home and sat down at his desk thinking about what kind of rules he would like to add.

"Hmm what kind of rule would allow me to spank any girl I want to without singling out me as someone to stay away from..." he thought to himself.

Then it hit him.

Old rule: One in 1000 guys can choose to spank a girl at any time they feel like for any reason. The girl has **** but to comply (even if uncomfortable) and the guy chooses the conditions of the spanking. These rules apply to every 1000th guy born and the first one is Steve 'last name'.

"Yes that should do it, however I should add this"

Old rule: Nobody will ever pay attention to the notebook or question people included in the rules unless the owner wants them to. Furthermore the notebook cannot change owner unless the current owner wants that.

Steve put away the notebook and went to bed.

"Ahh tomorrow will be fun" he thought as he drifted off to sleep.
