What is Mina's plan?
Stealing Izuku's things
—With Izuku—
“That’s strange; my danger sense hasn't stopped warning me that something is wrong,” Izuku thought, searching for whatever might be triggering his Quirk. “Hahh... I guess I’m just really tired.”
While Izuku was showering, Mina and Toru were waiting outside the men's bathroom.
“Are you sure about this, Mina? Don't you think this is going a bit too far with Midoriya?”
“Don't worry, Toru. The way he reacts shows that Midoriya has absolutely no confidence. If he sees how Ochako is drooling over him, I'm sure that'll help him out.”
“But stealing his stuff and making him walk out in front of the girls—doesn't that seem like too much? Besides, if you only want Uraraka to see him, why have everyone here when he comes out?”
“We’re going to help him with Uraraka, but I also want to have a laugh at his expense with the others. Even though Uraraka doesn't mind him being so small, the rest of us also found it hilarious that he was tiny,” Mina replied with a slight laugh.
—In Momo’s room—
“What are those two up to?” Momo asked.
“I hope they aren't going to do anything that affects Deku,” Ochako replied. “They looked really happy making fun of his size.”
“I don't think they'll do anything to him,” Momo said.
“I wouldn't trust those two too much,” Jiro said; she knew exactly what Mina’s plan was, having overheard the conversation with Toru thanks to her Quirk.
“Did you hear any of their chat?” Tsuyu asked.
“No, but it’s Mina and Toru—we should be wary of any plan involving them,” Jiro lied. “I’m going to sleep now; I don't want to stay up late wondering what they’re planning to do.”
Jiro left Momo’s room, leaving the others to wonder whether they should heed their friend's warning and distrust Mina’s plan, or play along and go downstairs in ten minutes.
“So... do we trust Mina and go down?” Ochako asked.
“I hope it’s nothing bad, but if they do something, we’d better be there to help Midoriya,” Momo said.
—With Izuku—
“I should ask All Might for a few days off,” Izuku thought while washing his hair, when he heard something moving outside.
“Hello? Is anyone there?” he asked, sticking his head out to see if he could spot anyone.
“That’s strange; I could have sworn I left my bag outside, not on the bench,” he thought, looking at his bag and belongings. “I should hurry up and go to sleep; I’m starting to hallucinate.” He turned back to the shower to finish washing up.
“Hahh,” Toru sighed. “That was close.” She grabbed Izuku’s bag again and slipped out of the bathroom.
“Well done, Toru,” Mina said excitedly.
“I’m never doing something that risky again; he almost caught me taking his stuff,” Toru said, slumping down. “It’s a good thing he’s tired and didn’t think much about his things not being in the same spot anymore.”
“The important thing is that you’ve got his stuff now, and we can surprise him and the girls,” Mina said with a triumphant smile.
“What do we do with his things?” Toru asked.
“Give them to me; I’ll keep them in my room, and tomorrow we can leave them out for him when he comes to shower at night.”
Toru and Mina went to their room to hide Izuku’s bag and get ready for the arrival of Izuku and the girls.
