Start walking down the sidewalk

You laugh to yourself at the stupidity of the question. The answer is right in front of you. Look around! There are thousands of people around. Of every stripe and color. You're in the garment district, on every floor of most of the buildings around you, there are models being professionally dressed and undressed. You might not be able to get into all of them, but surely a few of the buildings don't have doormen, or the doormen are women in the 18-40 range that can be convinced to let you through.

But even just on the sidewalk... you start really looking around you.

Everywhere you look there are some good looking people.
