Spoiled owner gives away milf

As you´re driving around town you take a de-tour to the upper class neighborhood on the eastern edge of town. You knew you´d never live here, but it was still a calm place where you would drive or walk around sometimes, knowing no-one would bother you.

As you park your car and start walking you see an odd sight. A milf is squatting on the driveway of a house holding up a sign. As you approached, you saw the writing on it. "Adopt a MILF"

Coming closer, a young man comes out from the house and notices you approaching the milf. He smiles and calls to you. "Hey, you want a milf?!" You´re stunend "What?"
You´re now standing in front of the milf. The looks to be in her mid to late forties and very fit, with visible muscles, abs and a nice tan. The young man looks a bit pudgy, but carries himself like he´s the king of the world. The young man pulls the sign from her, and she holds up a leash connected to a metal and leather collar around her neck. The collar has a small plate hanging from the front with lettering on it, looking closer you see it says "Tom's Cumguzler".

"Well, do you want her or not? My friends won´t take her cuz she´s to old and at this point I wanna just dump her downtown." You frown. "Why would you even want to give her away?" The young man gestures to the milf. "C´mon look at her! She used to be a prime grade sex **** but now she´s to old. I know someone like you might think she´s hot but I got standards! So I´m giving her away so my father will finally get me a new one."

Looking down, you see the milf looking up at you, clearly tired, but trying to put on a good face. You squat down and cup her face in your hands. "Do you want a new home?" She nods, and you can see in her eyes, she means it. As much as you don´t have the room for it, and the budget would get pretty tight, you grabbed her leash.
"I´ll take her, jsut get me the ownership papers."

Once the papers were in your hand, you take your milf back to your car. Once you´re out of ear shot from the young man, you hear the milf say "Fucking finally." You turn around. "Waited long for someone to come along?" "Yeah, been out all day for about a week and a half."

She sees your car and asks where you live...
