Chapter 3 by CorpseKing
Who is the Hero? Who is the Villain?
Spider-man/Black Cat
Felicia was stealing a valuable artifact when Spdier-man countered her again. The artifact was a ancient golden feather, the size of a person's arm. The Golden Feather of Ma'at was a recent find of an Egyptian relic. She had just taken the feather out of it's case, when Peter showed up.
"Cat, how big of a bird was it that you swallowed?" he joked, as he looked at her with the Golden Feather.
"Well, I have expensive tastes. Just thought I would take this as a keepsake. Well, I better be going." she answered as she tried to find a way to put the feather away. A webline hit it, trying to pull it away. She kept her hands on it, as Peter tried to tug it from her. It ended up pulling her with it, as the two of them crash into each other.
The worst part was the fact the feather managed to slash each of them. She answered, "We must stop running into each other."
She then uses a smoke bomb to try and escape from Peter with the feather. So began the chase, as the leather bound thief tried to outrun the spandex clad hero. She tried to figure out and escape plan, when she noticed something glowing in the distance. She headed towards it, revealing it to be a fire. Not a major one, but one the firefighters need to work to contain.
She turned to Spider-man and said, "Looks like someone needs your help more them me, Spider. After all, lives are more important then the theft of insured treasures."
He looked at it, and said as he headed for the fire as she fled, "This isn't over, Cat."
Allowing Cat to run off with her Feather.
