Description: Specimen 73-4 is humanoid, but shows deviations from the baseline human that go further than Specimen 3-6 (ref. Minthe) or even Specimen 70-3 (ref. Nancy). Count shows no less than 31 breasts ranging from cup sizes A to G, seven penises of varying girth and length, two of which are housed in the specimen's largest breasts and extend from nipples that have been mutated to accomodate a single, flexible canal leading to internal cavities that contain the shafts when they are not erect.

Five more male members protrude from the specimen's groin, and between them, three sets of labia with fully formed vulva and vaginal canals are situated. Clitori are present, urethra are absent for each. There is a fourth female reproductive organ between the specimen's anus and scrotum, the latter of which houses multiple enlarged testes of about three times the average size.

Legs and arms of the specimen are perfectly normal.

Head and face of Specimen 73-4, on the other hand, are not. The specimen has neither a mouth nor a nose. In their place, a vertical set of labia is found, with the perfectly normal, if outsized clitoris where a nose would be, the lower end of the labia reaching down to the chin. Instead of hair, the specimen grows eight "penis tentacles" of about 25 inches in length as well as a scrotum-like sack at the back of the head that seems to contain another set of two gonads. These tentacles seem to not be fully under Specimen 73-4's control.

Behavior: Specimen 73-4 is, unsurprisingly, incapable of speech. The mechanics of its breathing are still being determined. The specimen's libido is greatly heightened - if not feeding by ingesting seminal or reproductive fluid provided by its own tentacles or cocks of rotating volunteer transformees, it can be found in its room idly masturbating or otherwise playing with its endowments. Specimen 73-4 tends to hover around the openings in its room's walls dubbed "glory holes" by staff around scheduled feeding times, suggesting a well-developed sense of time.

The specimen is perfectly capable of solving most tasks given to it up to and including higher algebra if in the mood, but displays a marked disinterest in anything that is not fornication or masturbation. Communication via text to speech revealed little additional information; the specimen single-mindedly asks for either "cocks to suck on" (or some equally crude varation of this) or "new friends to cuddle" (more about this later in 'Conclusions/Theories'). Mental faculties are thus present, but seemingly entirely focused on semen collection.

Conclusions/Theories: While Specimen 73-4's true identity could not yet be determined, the origin of its additional primary and secondary sex characteristics likely can - the key to this is a discrepancy between inventory done before and after Specimen 73-4's appearance. In the night of [REDACTED], the morning of which the specimen was secured, a number of Scyphozoa mammaria, Gymnothorax penis, as well as our single specimen of Enteroctopus dofleini spongiosum have disappeared. Considering the overlap of the physiology of Specimen 73-4's head and that of Specimen 3-54 (ref. Johnson), an unprecedented absorption/merging event is likely.

It is thus my working theory that Specimen 73-4 possessed a genetic mutation that allowed it to 'merge' with our other specimen and incorporate them into its own body. Further experimentation required (see Addendum 1). Recommend psychiatric treatment to help Specimen 73-4 recover to a point where some sort of normal life is possible (ref. Specimen report 3-6, Minthe).

Addendum 1: Ethics committee is still deliberating on ethically sound practices for experimentation, if any.

Addendum 2: Along with Specimen 73-4, a high-end smartphone has been recovered that does not belong to any staff. Battery was completely drained, data forensics are ongoing and will hopefully provide some leads.
