"Come, let's go my desk and i'll discuss. I have listed out the things to do in Microsoft Projects. Bye Boss." Sarah grabbed my hand and pulled me out of Penny's office.

You followed Sarah to her desk, feeling a mixture of apprehension and curiosity. Her desk was neat and organized, with a bright pink partition matching the rest of Outreach Department. She pulled up a chair for you and opened her laptop to display a detailed Gantt Chart in Microsoft Project.

"Alrighty, Alex. Here's the plan for the health fair." Sarah began, pointing to the various tasks on the screen and describing the various tasks. "We need to finalize the vendor agreements, coordinate with the volunteers, and ensure all the health screening equipment is ready. We'll be doing basic stuff like blood pressure, urine test, eye test and measuring height and weight."

You nodded along, trying to take in all the information while taking notes on your mobile.
