Sneak into the staff changing room

As you begin to walk down the hall, you notice a door labelled as “Staff Only”. Curiosity and a desire to cause some chaos overwhelms your good judgement. Glancing back at the entrance, you see that the old gnome is sitting at her desk again and has turned her back to you while busy making notes in her ledger. You quickly dart inside the room and close the door softly behind you.

Inside you see a row of wooden lockers, each secured with a padlock, and a bathroom with 3 curtained shower stalls. You peek into the closest locker through the thin slots near the top of the door and can just make out a smart black shirt with a silver-threaded logo on the front hanging inside. This is obviously a uniform for the staff here.

You examine the small padlock for a moment before pulling a pin out of your hair and picking the lock with ease. Anyone who walked in would just think it hadn’t been locked properly. As you begin to reach for the shirt, your ears pick up the sound of footsteps approaching the staffroom door.
