Sneak attack

If both guards were asleep, you really couldn't afford to wait for a better opening. If at the very least, your lack of gear meant you made very little noise while moving. You did your best to silently approach the guards, unfortunately tripping on a lose rock. your head snaps to the guards ahead of you, but it seems they are quite heavy sleepers. You creep forwards slowly, making damn sure you don't give them any more reasons to wake up. You finally make it right up next to them and prepare to strike.

You grab the first one by the mouth and stab it in the neck. It barely makes a sound before falling limp. You approach the second one to do the same. But as you reach out your hand to cover it's mouth it's eyes start to flutter open. As it sees you reaching for it, it manages to **** out a half-yell before you give it the same fate as the other.

"I really hope the others inside are as heavy sleepers as these were."
