Slender Elegant Body → Extreme Busty Body

First up, I guess, is the feature that Lilian scorned the most: the womanly curves those afflicted by the curse tend to possess. She seems quite proud to be properly thin and slender and so forth so... Let's take that away. I exchange 'slender elegant body' for 'extreme busty body.'

It doesn't take quite as dramatically as I first expect. Her clothes shift to have more white -especially on the shoulders - and her face somehow becomes even more smug as her tits swell up several cup-sizes until the top of her dress has to re-tailor itself to accommodate. At the same time, the window of her dress plunges to further emphasize her cleavage. She's also gained some ornate golden buttons on the lower end of her dress but I'm not terribly concerned with small details like this.

Alright: her tits are larger. Now what...
