Shubthula, the eldritch entity

History and culture have been a favorite subject of yours for years. Ms. Amber's class has always been fun for you, you've played every Assassin's Creed game, and mythology has always been your favorite movie topic: horror, adventure, even romance. But you just can't find out this one culture that one girl has seemed to be from or the legends she believes in. While her tanned skin and short dark hair suggested she was from some kind of island nation, her accent was impossible to pin down. It seemed to swap between every East Coast region, from Boston to New York, and sometimes she would include Pacific Island dialect when speaking. There was another language she seemed to speak, but she seemed embarrassed to discuss it, especially whenever it slipped out during casual conversation.

You ran into her during the early morning before class, finding her sleeping the library. At first you were disappointed, as you wanted to ask her questions about her heritage, but then something on the table caught your eye. She had a strange book open with odd symbols and translations you didn't recognize. Taking your phone, you snapped a picture to look up later. The flash woke her up and you hid your phone before she caught you. Even without seeing the phone, she slammed her book shut and stood up to glare at you.

Somehow, looking into her eyes, something changes in the world around you. Your head becomes dizzy and she becomes almost ethereal. The only thing keeping you rooted to the spot is noticing her shapely body: her thin body hugged by a bright green dress lined with golden seams. She has a necklace with another strange symbol that rests between her C-cup breasts.

Before you fall over, she catches you and gently helps you into a seat. Her lips nearly graze your ear as she whispers, "F'nalgn Niethure C'hgtan Shubthula."

Your vision clears and you catch a glimpse of her student badge, "Shubthula" before she hurries out of the library.
