How does she abuse Time Travel?
She visits her birth
Hermione considers the possible moments in history that she could explore, and the ramifications of what changing even a little thing could be. Bad one might expect, she finds herself drawn specifically to her own lifetime, and imagines all of her regrets throughout the years. She could undo any of them, and some are particularly tempting, but she eventually settles on perhaps the most influential moment of her life: The day she was born.
Grinning mischievously, she casts a spell to wind the time turned back the full 18 years of her life, racing through time towards her origin point. She then apparates directly into the hospital nursery. There, she stands over her newborn self and smiles, gazing lovingly at the tiny little bundle of potential that will eventually be her.
Note, the baby Hermione is specifically here as a high-concept plot device, and is not intended to be the subject of arousal
