She runs into trouble first.

Mrs. Incredible walks through the woods, looking at the map when she reaches a path that splits in two.

There's a sign in the middle but it's ineligible by time and weather.

She tries to make it out when she hears something approaching her from behind. She braces herself for whatever comes.

Meanwhile...
McCarthy and Ilainus are brought down to their knees beaten and bruise as the guards holds their arms up above them.

Both women have their heads down as they hear high heels on the floor approaching them.

"Excellent work." A woman's voice says, "We would hate for the doctor's good work to be interrupted by such rude creatures, but..." The woman says with a soft, smooth voice, "They might make excellent subjects in my own experiments."

The woman gives a small chuckle as both McCarthy and Ilainus look up to see who it is before them.
