She pushes back and rejects, hard

"What the fuck, Dustin?!" With a sudden vehemence, Jennifer pushed you, hard. Standing up from the bed, she moved back a few paces, as though suddenly afraid to be close to you. "How could you say things like that? I'm disappointed in Marcus, and maybe my opinion of him isn't what it was before, but that doesn't mean I'm going to go along with...with any of this!" Still stunned from the shove, you watched, realizing just how much of a pushback you earned by your brazen attempt at clinching the victory early. "I thought you were my friend!"

Taking a deep breath, you backpedaled as fast as you could. "Sorry, I...I don't know what came over me." Mind racing, you found a possible avenue for escape. "I've had strong feelings towards you for a long time now, but I've put them on the backburner because of my friendship with Marcus. I guess...this crazy situation opened the door to them again. I'm sorry, please forgive me." You stressed those last words, hoping the hypnosis would help you out.

For a tense moment, you weren't sure if the strategy would pay off, but then Jennifer sighed. "This is a really intense situation...I can understand if it rekindled things for you like that." Then, to your surprise, she actually smiled at you. "Apology accepted. And thank you for putting Marcus's feelings first. You're a good friend to him."

That statement made you want to laugh. You were trying to ruin his marriage, to steal the girl that made him happy. But making this work would involve making sure she still saw you as a trustworthy and likeable guy, so you nodded along. "So, you're not going along with this. The question becomes, how are you going to handle it?" And, of course, how were you going to spin what she did to your advantage?

"I'm going to have a long talk with him. Let him know he can...he can fantasize about whatever he wants, he can even masturbate to whatever fetishes he has, but that is something I won't let into my sex life." Running a hand through her hair, Jennifer looked as though she was trying to make the best out of a bad situation. "He's an understanding man, it's one of the reasons I love him.
