The sound of a door opening alerted Elizabeth to the fact that she wasn't alone in the hallway. Thankfully, since Elizabeth hadn't yet entered the hallway proper, she still had a chance to hide. So, quickly darting from the stairs to the vending machine in the floor's small sitting area, Elizabeth carefully peered around the corner to see who it was.
The door that had opened was obvious enough. It was the door to Yukari's room, bits of the pink interior visible from the hallway. However... nobody was walking out of the room. Perhaps Yukari was working up the courage to step back out? It would make sense that she would be hesitant to go into the hallway with nothing to wear.
Then again, if it was Yukari, why would she have the door wide open? Did somebody else walk into Yukari's room? Who, and why?
If there was something Elizabeth couldn't stand, it was an unanswered question, and that open door was creating several! So, making sure to avoid making any noise, Elizabeth crept down the hallway and stealthily peered into Yukari's bedroom, eyes widening as she saw-
