She is kidnapped by a cartel

Included in the many beach-goers that were beginning to gather around and gawk at Lucy Hale were three Mexican men who were high-ranking officers in the leading **** cartel in Mexico.

"That senorita looks...how you say...familiar?" one man, known only as El Jefe, says to his other two cronies, recognizing her as she chilled on the beach.

"She is famous actress, I believe," one of them, Paco, tells his leader in their broken English as they got a little bit closer.

"Cause a distraction," El Jefe tells Paco and the other man, Chico, "Her name Lucy Hale. Big American star. I will kidnap her."

Doing as they were told, Chico produced a gun full of dummy rounds and fired blanks into the air, causing enough panic on the beach for Paco to drive their windowless van onto the beachfront as El Jefe kidnaps Lucy, grabbing her between her legs with one hand and covering his mouth with the other.
