She goes with him

Valerie shook herself out of her spiraling thoughts. Hawk was right, rescuing Iris was more important than anything else. She ignored the moans of the woman as she closed the window, accompanying him.

She almost didn't want to open the window of the cell, dreading what she would find.

This cell was slightly different from the other one - mainly, the bed was in the center. She saw Iris, lying on it, covered by a white sheet. "I have a visual", she whispered to Hawk.

The words had barely left her mouth when two men appeared into view. These were thick and muscular, unlike the businessman in the other cell - likely security guards. They circled the bed as Iris didn't move, only sometimes turning her head to follow them as they descended upon her. Valerie held her breath.

One of them threw aside the sheet covering Iris. Valerie let out a small gasp - Iris was naked except for a bondage harness, her hands and limbs tied to the four posts of the bed. Valerie saw her body quiver as one of the guards began to run a hand down her leg, while the other began to unbutton his pants.

"We have to stop them.", whispered Hawk next to her.

Valerie looked nervously at the two men. They were likely guards on duty who had decided to treat themselves to a prisoner. They wouldn't be easy opponents - especially considering her complete lack of equipment (or clothing). She shuddered to think what would happen if they overpowered her.

Waiting until they were...finished with Iris was a safer option, since they would be tired and easier to take down. Although that would mean letting them have their way with her friend, which didn't sit right with her. She would rather it be herself in that situation than Iris. She caught herself - she did not want to be in that situation, she told herself. Why did she even think that?

Time was running out. She had to decide what to do.
